A free mod for Mass Effect 3, by ThinkBlueN7.

Aliexn Aliens is a mod for Mass Effect 3, in which the textures of the Alien skin are replaced with a new, high-resolution version. This is an important modification to make the game look more realistic. The result is a more dramatic difference between the textures of the skin and the environment, which makes the player feel that he is looking at an actual alien. This mod includes textures for the Asari, Turians, Salarians and Quarians.

The mod is very simple and easy to use.
